Dream yourself into a cosy moment in the wonderful summer of Andalucia in Spain with a cold glass of Sangria – made with Spanish ingredients and love through Generations. Enjoy it cold with someone you love while sitting in the shadow of the warm sun.

RECIPE – CLASSIC SANGRIA TWISTED TO YOUR PREFERENCE

1 organic lemon

2 organic oranges

1 1/2 bottle of red wine (chose Spanish red wine if possible)

1-2 dl brandy (chose ‘Carlos’ for the real Spanish taste:))

1-2 dl Spanish sherry/sweet wine (Chose Spanish brands like Cream, Peddro Ximenes or sweet Frigiliana wine)

1-2 spoon liquid honey or sirop

2,5 dl sparkling water (if you want it lighter)

Ice cubes

This is how you make it:

Cut the fruit in small bites or slices
Put the fruit into a large can and press-out the liquid with a big spoon
Add wine, brandy, sherry, honey and taste it to find your preferred mix
Leave the Sangria in the fridge for 1-2 hours

To be served with love added sparkling water and ice cubes. ENJOY :).
